What is the minimum quantity to place an order?
We require a minimum of 10 pieces per design of the same size and setup. You can use varying apparel items and print colors to meet quanity minimums/price breaks.
What is the process of placing an order?
Email us at evilletees@gmail.com with your order details; i.e. design/logo, quantity, sizes, apparel style, apparel and print colors, event date, delivery location. You may find it helpful to use the order form- just fill out the information you know at the time and we’ll help you with the rest!
2. Once we have the order details squared away, we will send you a quote/invoice and mock-up for approval.
3. Please review the invoice and mock-up carefully and respond with your approval or any changes.
4. Once the deposit is received, we will proceed with fulfilling your order.
5. Once the apparel order is finished, you will receive an email from us to set up the delivery date/time.
6. The balance of the order must be paid in full before or at the time of delivery.
What is the turnaround time?
The standard turnaround time is 10-14 business days from the time of the deposit and approval of mock-ups. We do our best to keep our turnaround time as quick as possible and can generally complete orders within one week. However, if you have an event that you NEED your apparel by a particular date, let us know up front so we can see if it is possible. Rush orders are subject to rush fees.
How does payment work?
We accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, and credit cards.
4% fee will be applied if paying with credit card
Where does Edwardsville Custom Apparel deliver to?
Delivery within 15 miles of Glen Carbon/Edwardsville is free! Beyond 15 miles, the delivery fee is based on distance. We can also ship- this is based off size and weight of the order.
How does payment work?
Invoices and mock-ups must be approved before proceeding any further with the order. Paying the deposit (50% of order total) indicates that both the design and the invoice (items, sizes, and quantity) are approved by the customer.
