Hello, I'm Billy Patterson, and together with my wife Jamie, we own and operate Edwardsville Custom Apparel. With over 15 years of experience in screen printing and apparel decoration, I personally ensure that every shirt we produce meets the highest quality standards. I oversee all aspects of production, from artwork and screen pre-production to printing and delivering the final product directly to you. 

Jamie is the heart of our customer service. She's dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. Jamie manages customer emails, invoicing, apparel ordering, bookkeeping, and assists with production. Her goal is to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered promptly and that you're delighted with our service and products. 

Our daughter, McKayla, loves helping out with folding and boxing shirts, especially early in the morning. She's also learning graphic design to assist with your artwork. When not in the shop, McKayla is busy excelling as an honor roll student, running cross country and track, performing in theater, singing, and playing the piano.

Our son, Liam, enjoys folding shirts and is eager to start printing his own designs. Like many 6-year-olds, he dreams of becoming a YouTuber and creating his own "merch." When he's not keeping us on our toes, Liam collects Pokémon cards, plays sports, and is learning to play the drums.

Norbert, aka Norby, is our 7-month-old mini Goldendoodle who has captured our hearts. Besides modeling custom doggy apparel, he enjoys naps, chasing Liam, and eating things he isn’t supposed to.
